The CTG Digital Program Is Coming: Introducing CTG Digital and Our First BETA Cohort
For years, the Change The Game Educational Program has lived in real rooms with real people. We’ve worked with youth, returning citizens, and the staff who show up for them every day. Now that same work is moving online. The CTG Educational Program is becoming a digital platform built so courts, schools, nonprofits, and individuals can access the full CTG experience from anywhere.
The new CTG site will feature a structured 12 week program plus an additional 5 weeks of financial literacy. But this won’t be a static workbook on a screen. Participants will log in, see their path clearly mapped, and move through lessons that blend story, reflection, and action. Each week includes a short video or reading, guided prompts, mindset check ins, and a progress tracker that keeps them accountable.
For facilitators, CTG Digital introduces a secure dashboard for staff in juvenile courts, schools, and community programs. They’ll be able to see who’s logging in, how far each youth has moved through the curriculum, and where extra support might be needed. None of the private writing is visible. What they see is progress, consistency, and engagement. This kind of visibility is one of the real strengths digital tools bring to education and youth development.
Before the full launch, CTG is running a small BETA test. A first cohort of 5 to 10 people will get free access to the digital program in exchange for honest feedback about what works and what needs improvement. Beta testing is a best practice in e-learning for a reason. It exposes weak points, sharpens design, and helps make sure the program serves the people it’s built for. Their feedback will directly shape how courts, schools, and nonprofits use CTG moving forward.
Beta participants will walk through the full digital journey using the same lessons that paying partners will eventually receive. They’ll complete short surveys and have the option to join debrief conversations. That loop of feedback is what allows online education projects to strengthen fast and meet real learner needs rather than developer assumptions.
As CTG Digital comes to life, the mission stays the same: keep the heart of Change The Game intact while expanding the reach. The digital platform won’t replace in-person connection, but it will make CTG easier to deliver, easier to track, and easier to scale into more cities, more courts, and more classrooms.
