First-Time Adopter Rate

Rate: $550 per session
Duration: Up to 75 minutes
Each session focuses on one CTG module or one structured discussion circle grounded in the SHIFT Method.
Availability is limited.
In-Person Facilitation
On-site CTG program delivery for intensive, high-impact engagement.
This option is designed for kickoff events, pilot launches, or immersive workshops where physical presence enhances connection and outcomes.
Rates:
• $1,000 per half day (up to 3 hours)
• $1,650 per full day (up to 6 hours)
Note: Travel and lodging are billed separately.
Hybrid Facilitation Package
Blended Virtual + In-Person Model

Staff Training & Professional Development
Training for teams seeking to facilitate CTG independently and effectively.

• $450 – 90-minute virtual professional development
• $1,200 – Half-day, in-person training
• $2,000 – Full-day, in-person training
