Frequently Asked Questions

What is the program?

Change The Game (CTG) is a 12-week educational and personal development program that helps participants identify who they are, shift their mindset, and build a foundation for lasting success. It combines storytelling, critical thinking, and self-assessment exercises designed to break old cycles and create new pathways toward purpose and power.

Who can participate?

The CTG Program is built for justice-involved youth, returning citizens, and anyone ready to make a shift in their life. It’s also used by schools, shelters, and community-based organizations seeking identity-focused, transformation-driven curriculum.

How does the program work?

Participants complete guided lessons from the CTG Workbook while engaging in group discussions, reflections, and activities. Each session builds on the last, moving from identity awareness to mindset change to power-building. The program can be led by certified facilitators or implemented in partnership with educational and correctional institutions.

What materials are provided?

Each participant receives the 118-page CTG Educational Workbook, along with supplemental facilitator guides, worksheets, and reflection prompts. Digital and print versions are available for both individual and group use.

How can I get involved?

You can support CTG in three ways:

  • Partner with us to bring the program to your school, shelter, or facility.

  • Sponsor participants by funding workbooks through our 6-City Tour Fundraiser.

  • Join the Movement by sharing the mission and helping expand the reach of identity-based transformation programs nationwide.
